  • I started seeing Caitlin the last 2 months of my pregnancy. She was able to quickly asses my body and needs and get right to problem solving. She is so knowledgeable. She had such great insight and helped me make it through my last trimester with so much support. I’m now postpartum and after just one session I’m noticing more strength and relief in super stubborn areas. I can’t recommend her enough!!

  • Caitlin is the best physical therapist I found at the perfect time. Upon meeting her, you feel a sense of safety and are further relieved when you finally find a practitioner that understands your pain and is determined to not only ease it, but find the root cause of it. She cares about her patients holistically, not only checking in on your physical health, but mental and emotional as well. Caitlin understands pain can manifest in different ways depending on life circumstances. She is great at providing advice on how to integrate daily practices into your lifestyle. You can tell Caitlin loves what she does and is a caring and empathetic healer. She goes above and beyond to recommend other specialty practitioners that may help your case as well. Thank you Caitlin for all of the help and guidance you’ve taught me in my journey, I am so lucky to have found you and your practice. I will always continue to incorporate your exercises and breathing techniques into my daily life. <3

  • I was 4 months postpartum when I started seeing Caitlin due to intense lower back pain. From the first initial conversation, I right away got a feeling that she was really knowledgeable and immediately understood my issues. Throughout our multiple sessions, she has helped me with not only relieving pain during , but also giving me some exercise I can do at home on daily basis to help alleviate pain and build strength. She also gave me advice on how to better position myself when feeding or holding baby, and moving baby basinet around to help with my back pain and my wrist pain. After just few sessions, I immediately feel so much better and able to sleep better. My only regret is I wish I had found her sooner when I was pregnant so I could have been more prepared post birth.

  • Working with Studio Duyan has been such a game-changer for my postpartum journey. I’ve seen real improvement in my diastasis and core strength, which made it possible for me to get back into the things I love like HIIT workouts and Pilates after giving birth. Caitlin has a wonderful bedside manner—kind, knowledgeable, and so supportive. What really stood out was how she helped me make adjustments to my form. Even minor tweaks I had no idea I’d been doing wrong for years instantly relieved pain and completely changed the way I work out for the better. I feel stronger, more confident, and safe in my movement now. Highly recommend!

  • Caitlin has been great for prenatal pelvic floor care! The appointments have been very helpful for handling and preempting pregnancy pains and issues and the labor prep has been great too. My husband came with for a couple appointments too so he could help continue some of that care at home and get us ready for labor. Looking forward to coming back for postpartum care once I’m cleared.

  • I can’t recommend Caitlin enough — she’s truly a gem in the world of pelvic floor physical therapy. When I first sought out support, I was determined to have a VBAC and had been told by a doctor that my body probably wouldn’t be able to push a baby out. On top of that, I had lingering pelvic floor issues from my first birth that I wanted to address before getting pregnant again. I expected some targeted physical therapy — what I received was a whole-body, whole-person transformation. Caitlin guided me through not just the physical preparation needed for birth, but also helped me do some major mental and emotional work. She taught me how to understand and prepare for the intensity of labor pain and helped me build confidence in my body. Her knowledge of the physiology of birth and her ability to teach correct pushing techniques were instrumental in helping me achieve a successful VBAC. She also supported my partner, when he joined us for a session, teaching him massage and bodywork techniques so he could be an active and helpful part of my labor. Because of her, my husband was able to help my body feel its best before and during delivery — which made the entire experience more connected and supported. During my VBAC, I drew on everything Caitlin taught me. I tapped into the mindset she helped me build: that the pain had a purpose. I knew exactly how to push. As a result, I had a fast delivery and didn’t tear — which had been one of my biggest fears. Now, six weeks postpartum, I’m back working with Caitlin and wouldn’t want to work with anyone else. Not only is she incredibly kind, thoughtful, and fun to be around (yes, our sessions are actually enjoyable!), but she is by far the most knowledgeable physical therapist I’ve ever worked with. She doesn’t just treat symptoms — she gets to the root of the issue and builds a personalized plan for healing. If you’re navigating birth, recovery, or just want to feel more in tune with your body, working with Caitlin is one of the best decisions you can make.

  • I don’t even know where to begin with my experience with Caitlin because I am so thankful I found her! I guess I’ll start at the beginning. When I first started looking for a pelvic floor specialist, I was 9 months postpartum. I had already completed three online programs focused on breathing techniques and restoring core strength, but I hadn’t noticed any improvement in my core strength. I felt like I needed physical guidance because I was unsure if I was doing things correctly. I couldn’t feel my core at all while working out. For reference, I was looking to address my diastasis recti and rebuild my core strength. I didn’t experience issues like accidental urination or pain during sex, but I’m sure if I had, Caitlin would have been able to help with that as well. My search for a pelvic floor specialist was somewhat overwhelming. Long story short, I looked online and on Yelp for recommendations. I reached out to one specialist twice, but for some reason, I didn’t hear back. Thankfully, that same day, I received an email from my acupuncturist’s office introducing me to Caitlin, who was offering a free consultation. It felt like fate, so I booked a meeting. At 10 months postpartum, I met with Caitlin, and I knew I wanted to move forward. She explained what she would be doing, how many sessions I would need, and the costs involved. That introduction was exactly what I needed to feel confident about working with her. During our session, I learned about her background as a pelvic floor specialist, and I just knew she was something special. Each session I had with her was different and customizable. She uses a reformer table to help target the core and guides you through specific exercises to address your individual needs. Some days we focused on internal work, while others were more workout-oriented, and some sessions were dedicated to muscle release for better recovery. That being said, I diligently completed the “homework” she gave me, and as a result, I feel amazing 11.5 months postpartum. Ten sessions with her have done more for my core than 10 months of online postpartum workouts. I have finally learned to engage my core while working out. My diastasis recti has closed, and dare I say, I feel like my self before pregnancy. I also feel equipped with a set of tools I can utilize forever, including exercises, muscle recovery techniques, and stretches. Caitlin is worth every penny, and I’ve never been happier to work with someone who is kind, easy to talk to, professional and truly knows what she’s doing.

  • Caitlin Oliveros’s style of care is centered on self management. She teaches a foundation of breath work and movement pattern that set me up for a sustainable home care routine. I started seeing her for physical therapy in person, and worked up to virtual pilates sessions. I was skeptical at first about virtual sessions, but ended up getting so much out of it! She is able to observe movement patterns and cue adjustments just the same as in person, at the comfort of your own space. She helped me curate a home gym, providing specific recommendations for equipment. She only recommends equipment that will be fully functional and customized for your needs. I’ve gotten to the point working with Caitlin where I am independent of other practitioners after years of constant support. She’s helped empower me in my body and take agency in my health.

  • Caitlin Oliveros was an absolute DREAM to work with. I started going to her from when I was 10 weeks pregnant and continued until I gave birth and she knew how to help me in each specific stage of my pregnancy. She was always so thorough, patient, kind, understanding, and so knowledgable beyond the physical therapy aspect of pregnancy. I always looked forward to my sessions with her- she has the best bedside manner and I could tell she really cared about me, my pregnancy journey, and making sure I was preparing myself the best I could. She treated me like an individual and treated each session individually which really helped me prepare for birth. I only pushed twice, only had a 1st degree tear, and gave birth in 15 minutes- which I attribute all to Caitlins help. Taking the necessary steps to prepare your body for birth is the most important thing we can do and Caitlin was the integral piece for me to feel 100% prepared. In feeling prepared, I was able to enjoy the experience of birth and spend more time with my daughter post birth because my recovery wasn't as bad. I could go on and on about Caitlin but I couldn't recommend working with her more!

  • I can 10000% recommend working with Caitlin Oliveros and encourage all my pregnant and postpartum friends to seek her out for physical therapy! I began working with Caitlin when I was in my third trimester of pregnancy and continued working with her postpartum. During pregnancy, Caitlin helped me work on alignment, resolve tightness in the body and supporting my core in a pregnancy-safe way. Postpartum, Caitlin really helped me repair my core and pelvic floor, and then we moved on to work on helping me get stronger overall. It was incredible having such a knowledgeable person guide me through the postpartum recovery process, especially helping me determine what exercises are safe for me at any given stage. I loved gaining new confidence in my strength and seeing how I progressed from one exercise to the next level of that exercise. Caitlin also helped me resolve any issues with alignment and tensions in the body as a new mom. I feel like I learned so much from Caitlin about my body, proper posture, alignment and how to be the best version of myself. Caitlin is a wealth of knowledge and really cares about her patient’s wellbeing, well beyond physical therapy.

  • Caitlin Oliveros is the best! I started seeing Caitlin about my shoulder, but she ended up helping me with much more. She provided me with a program to do at home and worked with my pilates instructor to identify the most helpful exercises. I benefited so much from her expertise! She is also a genuinely kind, funny person. I always enjoyed chatting with her during our sessions. I highly recommend Caitlin’s services!

  • I saw Caitlin Oliveros 6 weeks postpartum I’m for baby 3. Caitlin was able to use her expert knowledge and keen intuition to target exactly the weak points and areas that needed work and attention. I was able to work with Caitlin for the next 9 months and my care plan evolved with my needs - which changed constantly! Caitlin has excellent bedside manner and is the best pelvic floor PT I have ever worked with. I feel so fortunate to have been in her care and I will continue to benefit from it for years to come!

  • I’ve had the pleasure of having been a client of Caitlin Oliveros for hypermobility as well as general musculoskeletal needs. I have been to numerous physical therapists in the past, and I must say that I am truly lucky to have found such a gem as Caitlin. • Caitlin Oliveros is an intelligent and compassionate physical therapist. I have been seeing her for over a year to help with my pelvic floor dysfunction and body alignment. She is organized and very thorough. My pain has drastically decreased due to her therapy. She is very empathetic and sensitive to my needs. Caitlin incorporates manual adjustments, pilates and specific stretches and exercises. She takes her time to fully understand your situation and educates you on her process. I have seen immense progress and am extremely grateful for all her help.

  • I worked with Caitlin Oliveros for over a year. In that time, through her patient, gentle, and loving approach, I was able to learn to breathe correctly during exercise and beyond, and move in pilates flows with intentional movement and strength. I grew tremendously and because of her, my confidence in my movement and breath is more than it’s ever been. Plus she has the unique ability to help you work through emotions as you breathe and move. She’s totally trauma sensitive. I’d recommend Caitlin to all!

  • Caitlin Oliveros is amazing. I originally saw her due to incontinence during my 3rd pregnancy. After just a few sessions she had solved that problem and despite getting many colds the rest of my pregnancy, it did not reoccur. I continued to see Caitlin throughout my pregnancy and she kept my body in great shape and ready for birth.

  • I am so blessed to have found Caitlin Oliveros. She is truly gifted. I saw her after my knee replacement. I wanted to work on my posture and gate, both of which were incorrect since I was a child. She immediately knew what my issues were and went right to work. Her results are amazing and the changes she made last. She also motivated me to do my exercises at home and I actually did! Most of the time at home exercises are quickly out of mind after leaving PT. This was not the case with Caitlin.

  • Caitlin Oliveros is a caring, knowledgeable wholesome PT. She uses different techniques to relieve pain and also teaches how to use them by yourself. She follows up with clients and is always training herself to be updated.

  • Caitlin Oliveros is a wonderful, compassionate and skilled PT who helped me overcome pelvic floor dysfunction which I never thought I'd have the capacity to do. In my teens/early 20s I was too embarrassed to seek treatment and she eased all my concerns in an environment that felt very inclusive & safe. I am cured because of Caitlin! 100% recommend her :)

  • One of the best experiences in the health/ medical/wellness industry that I’ve ever had. Caitlin listened to all of my thoughts with intention, proved to be incredibly knowledgeable by simple touches and observations of seemingly small movements, and helped give me an organized and structured plan to get relief and confidence moving forward. I am really grateful to have found such a genuine caregiver and include her in my prenatal/postpartum team.

  • I’m so glad to have found Caitlin and Studio Duyan. My first visit was during my third trimester. I came to Caitlin pregnant with my second child and knew I was going to have a repeat C-section. Caitlin gave me great guidance to prep my body for surgery and I returned to her postpartum for help with my diastasis and doming. Because of her, I’ve had a smooth and intentional recovery. My body always felt better after our sessions. Ultimately, I felt super safe and comfortable going back to exercising and more confident in my daily movements with my baby and my 5 year old. My only regret was not starting with her sooner in my pregnancy! I highly recommend her, especially during pregnancy and postpartum. Thank you for everything Caitlin and Gwen!

  • Working with Caitlin has been a gamechanger for me if my second prenatal and postpartum experience. When I had my first child, my SPD lasted well over a year into postpartum, even with traditional physical therapy. I was so happy to find Caitlin and Studio Duyan very early into my second pregnancy and began working with Caitlin to help my SPD right away.

Caitlin's holistic approach and personalized care has completely changed my prenatal and postpartum experience this time around. I experienced less pain throughout my pregnancy, had a smoother delivery and my SPD has completely disappeared postpartum. Caitlin not only helped me work with my body and the SPD I was experiencing, but also helped me prep for labor and kept me exercising with less pain, something I was unable to do with my first pregnancy.

With my first child, I did PT well over a year postpartum to help with my SPD and this time, I needed only a few postpartum visits to work out my SPD and Caitlin also took the time to teach me how to ease back into exercise in a way that was effective but would assist my postpartum body and wouldn't lead to further injury.

Thank you, Caitlin! I'll still be popping in for private postpartum pilates sessions from time to time because I miss you and your beautiful space.

  • I cannot recommend Caitlin enough!! I came to Caitlin for terrible back and sciatic pain during my pregnancy. I had unexpectedly been unable to walk or move around on my own right when my 3rd trimester started when I started seeing her. She was able to help my husband and I guide us through my care plan. With weekly appointments under her care combined with doing the at-home care she assigned us, I was back to walking with 10 days. I continued seeing her for birth prep and she always made me feel so comfortable and understood leading up to birth. I am now seeing her again postpartum for c-section recovery work and I’m so happy to be back! It also helps that she works in tandem with the acupuncture team if you do both since they briefed each other on what I needed to work on. 10/10!

  • I've been to a couple Pelvic Floor PT specialists and Caitlin is truly the best - very thorough, comprehensive, and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend her to pregnant women to best prepare for child birth and during postpartum for fast recovery.

  • I’ve been seeing Caitlin with Studio Duyan during the third trimester of my pregnancy, and she has been a wealth of knowledge and tremendously supportive with techniques & teachings around my unique body and physical needs for childbirth.

Her expertise on the pelvic floor is so extensive! Every session with her opens my awareness to the capabilities that my body has. Caitlin has been accommodating and attentive during our time together, always making sure I intellectually understand the concepts, but more importantly can embody them. I feel empowered and stronger in my skin after every session! She’s fantastic and I would highly recommend seeing her if you’re feeling called to do pelvic floor therapy!

  • Already in two sessions, Caitlin has been a HUGE help to me on my pregnancy journey and the pain I've been experiencing. She did a thorough examination to see what might be going on, and came up with a very thoughtful and comprehensive plan for how to take care of the pain and how to prep for labor. I feel lucky to have her on my "team" for all of this and feel like Im in the best hands possible.

  • Caitlyn is a godsend, I have seen so much progress and improvement in my post partum pelvic floor issues and even other postpartum issues all because of Caitlyn. Her 1:1 support and how she caters my care plan to exactly what I need is something I couldn’t get anywhere else. The level of care she provides is something you will never find at any major corporate pelvic floor therapy clinics anywhere. Her pilate’s based approach is also very effective and her experience speaks for itself. I highly recommend anyone needing postpartum or even prenatal care to go see her immediately! I wish I knew about her before I gave birth, it would have been so much easier to start treatment before giving birth.

    -LP

  • I just had my first visit with Caitlin and I feel SO RELIEVED to have found someone so knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve had hip issues for years and I feel really confident after only one session that I’ll be able to solve/manage them finally. She’s also very personable and great to work with. Highly recommend.

  • Caitlin has been really helpful postpartum in strengthening my pelvic floor

    - AS

  • From the very first session, Caitlin helped me understand my body after a lifetime of hyper mobility symptoms. Her prenatal sessions were tailored to my goals and each one prepared my body and mind for my first birth experience. And when things didn’t go as planned with my son’s birth, her postpartum sessions provided the space I needed to heal mentally and physically. I left every session throughout the process with less pain, more knowledge, and better function in my daily life. I can’t imagine my first or future pregnancy journeys without Caitlin on my team, she is truly the best!
